My name is Saki Kishida of the Recruitment Section, Human Resources Department, at the Excellent Care System.

I am engaged in activities to promote the employment of foreign nationals and increase their retention rate.

Let me introduce my profile.
I have always loved foreign cultures so I studied abroad in the United States.
I was often surprised by the cultural differences between Japan and other countries. Dealing with people from different cultures everyday was exciting and fun.

After graduating, I started working for a travel agency.
I traveled to Europe, Asia and America.
In my travels, I came into contact with a wide variety of people as well as cultures from different countries.

Through my work at the travel agency, I felt that I wanted to work more with foreign nationals. I joined a human resources company specializing in foreign nationals, where I was surrounded by foreign colleagues and seniors. I introduced jobs to foreign nationals and provided support to them.

I became interested in the nursing care industry because my sister is a caregiver.
I heard from my sister about the current situation and future of the nursing care industry, and I wanted to contribute to the nursing care industry.
I had been working in the human resource field for a long time, so I wanted to support the nursing care industry by utilizing my own experience.
I wanted to support the nursing care industry by being involved in recruitment.

In Japan, there are many companies that operate nursing care facilities.
But among them, what made me decide to join Excellent Care System? I was attracted by the atmosphere of the nursing home, and the way each caregiver meticulously provides recreation, meals, and other services to the elders.

Excellent Care System continues to take on the challenge of changing the world with our Vision. With the decrease in the Japanese workforce, we will need more foreign nationals in the future.
