Job Position Caregiver
Job Description As a caregiver, you will be responsible for assisting our elders with their daily living and nursing care.
Job Requirements
  • SSW Remaining years
    *No qualification: 3.5 years or more remaining
    *Shoninsha kenshu qualification: 3 years remaining
    *Jitsumusha kenshu qualification: 2.5 years remaining
  • Domestic applicants with residence status
  • Those who have Japanese language proficiency (JLPT) N4 or higher
  • Caregiving experience is not required, but must begin taking the initial training course (shoninsya kensyu) within 3 months of employment (paid for by the company)
Salary Monthly pay
210,000 ～ 233,000 yen
Varies depending on qualifications
  • 210,000 yen (No qualification)
  • 219,000 yen (Shoninsha kenshu)
  • 223,000 yen (Jitsumusha kenshu)
  • 233,000 yen (Kaigofukushishi)
*Separate allowance for night shift (5,000 yen/per shift)
*Pay based on Experience: 0 to 20,000 yen
Working time Shift system
(Shift example)
・07:00～16:00（Break time 60min）
・09:00～18:00（Break time 60min）
・11:00～20:00（Break time 60min）
・16:00～10:00（Break time 120min）
Night shift is 4～5times for a month.
Working day Shift system(set your own holiday 2days)
We have 9-10 days off a month, and shifts are decided in the previous month.
