SSW Remaining years
*No qualification: 3.5 years or more remaining
*Shoninsha kenshu qualification: 3 years remaining
*Jitsumusha kenshu qualification: 2.5 years remaining
- Domestic applicants with residence status
- Those who have Japanese language proficiency (JLPT) N4 or higher
- Caregiving experience is not required, but must begin taking the initial training course (shoninsya kensyu) within 3 months of employment (paid for by the company)

*Separate allowance for night shift (5,000 yen/per shift)
