I have been working as a caregiver for over 6 years. I went to school while working at my previous employer and got certified as shoninshakenshu. I then moved to Excellent Yokohama Sakuranamiki.

I enjoy working with everyone at this company. Communication is really important as well as care work. I try to actively talk to my co-workers and communicate with them with a smile. If I have any problems or questions, I try to talk to them. Excellent Yokohama Sakuranamiki is not Tokuyo facility, so there are many healthy elderly people here. I can work with a relaxed mind. I have difficulties with recording the work in Japanese, but I'm glad because some of my co-workers help me by checking my work. I would like to continue my studies and become certified as jitsumushakenshu or kaigofukushishi.
