I was working as a caregiver at another company, but I found a job at Excellent Yokohama Sakuranamiki near my home and moved to this company. There are various foreign nationals working at this facility, and they are all very kind to me. My Japanese co-workers also teach me Japanese and kanji that I don't understand. I think it is a good place to work because it is easy to take holidays. I have a hard time using kanji in my work. I write down words I don't understand and look them up later. I also use a translation app.

It has been about 30 years since I first came to Japan, and I have worked with many Japanese people. Many of them were hardworking people, so it was never difficult to work with them. My goal for the future is to learn more kanji and get certified as a jitsumushakenshu or kaigofukushishi.
