Voices of Seniors

It's been over a year since I joined Excellent Care Hiratsuka, and I can still remember that time I made a list of things I should consider in choosing the right company, especially for me, a non-Japanese national. From a company that pays well and that includes the employees' benefits, to a company that shares the same values and interests as my own. We might indeed have different factors in finding a job, but the truth is, we will never really appreciate fully what a company can give us until we join them.

Now, after a year with Excellent Care Hiratsuka, I am still grateful and proud of being part of this company. My managers are very approachable. The staff and my seniors are all good to me. They are very supportive and patient (like in teaching me the Japanese Kanji writings), and the smiles and warmth of acceptance I receive from the elderly make me feel it is worth all the hard work.

Recently, my younger sister also joined Excellent Care Hiratsuka, and I know she is contented because the other day, she told me that she should have worked here sooner. And one of my friends is planning to work with us. That's why I am inviting my friends to join us and have this great experience and career growth in a healthy working environment.
