It has been a year since I came here. Before that, I spent six years living in Fukui, Japan. When I moved to Kyoto, I felt lonely.

ここに来てから1年が経ちました。それ以前は、日本の福井で6年間生活していました。京都に引っ越してきた当初は、寂しさを感じることもありました。

However, as I began working in this field, my feelings slowly changed. Caring for people became heartwarming. I found joy in this work, and over time, it became a meaningful part of my life. Caring is no longer just a job for me—it has become part of who I am, something I carry with pride, almost like a fashion I wear every day.

しかし、この仕事をするようになってから、気持ちが少しずつ変わりました。ケアをすることは心が温かくなるものであり、この仕事の中に喜びを見いだすことができました。そして時間が経つにつれ、この仕事は私の人生にとって、意味のある大切なものになっていきました。介護は、もはや単なる仕事ではなく、毎日身にまとうファッションのように、誇りをもって持ち続けている、私自身の一部となりました。

I am also grateful to be part of this company, especially the group I belong to on the 3rd floor in Excellent Okazaki. My coworkers, especially the leaders, are very kind to me. The leaders are very considerate and truly care for their people, for all of us as their members. In my everyday work, they are one of my motivations to do my work better.

この会社の一員として働けること、特にエクセレント岡崎3階のグループに所属していることを、とてもありがたく感じています。同僚の皆さん、特にリーダーの方々は親切で思いやりがあり、私たち一人ひとりを大切にしてくださっています。日々の仕事の中で、その存在が、より良い仕事をするためのモチベーションとなっています。

It has truly been a wonderful experience to be part of this company. I feel deeply blessed and sincerely thankful to God for bringing me here to Kyoto and allowing me to do this work. This journey has given me purpose, growth, and gratitude that I will always carry with me.

この会社の一員として過ごせたことは、本当に素晴らしい経験です。京都へ導いてくださり、この仕事をさせていただいていることに、心から神様に感謝しています。この道のりは、私に目的意識と成長、そして感謝の気持ちを与えてくれました。これからも、これらを心の中で大切にしていきたいと思います。
