My name is Mariella, and I am one of the foreign workers at Excellent Shugakuin.

私はマリエラと申します。エクセレント修学院で働いている外国籍職員の一人です。

Prior to working here, I already had experience in caregiving. However, I never expected how much of a difference a workplace environment could make until I became part of this group home.

ここで働く以前にも介護の経験はありましたが、職場環境の違いがこれほどまでに大きな影響を与えるとは、このグループホームの一員になるまで想像していませんでした。

What makes Excellent Shugakuin special is the warmth and support shared among the staff. There is a strong sense of teamwork, and even during challenging moments, everyone helps one another.

エクセレント修学院の魅力は、スタッフ同士の温かさと支え合いにあります。強いチームワークがあり、困難な場面においても、互いに助け合いながら業務に取り組んでいます。

Through my work here, I have also had the opportunity to experience cooking Japanese dishes and to participate in organizing events for the residents. These experiences allow me to connect more deeply with them and better understand their daily lives.

ここでの仕事を通して、日本料理を作る経験や、利用者様の皆さまのためのイベントの企画・運営にも参加する機会をいただきました。こうした経験を通じて、入居者の方々とより深く関わり、日々の生活を理解することができています。

As a foreign worker, feeling welcomed and supported is important to me, and this workplace provides a strong sense of comfort and belonging. The company also encourages professional growth by allowing staff to learn, take on responsibilities, and gain valuable experience. Because of this supportive environment, I am able to continue improving while providing my best care to the residents every day.
