Hi, everyone! I'm Keziah.

みなさん、こんにちは！ケゼヤです。

It all started back in the spring of 2022.
Carrying the hopes and dreams of my family, I came to Fukuoka to work as a caregiver.
It has been quite an adventure — I cried a little and learned a lot.

すべての始まりは、2022年の春でした。
家族の思いと夢を胸に、私は福岡へ介護の仕事をするために来ました。
泣いた日もありましたが、その分たくさんのことを学び、まるで冒険のような毎日でした。

After three years, I moved to Kanagawa.
I’m now working at Excellent Kitaterao Annex. It’s a new beginning, and I can truly say it is an enjoyable experience. When I first started, everyone welcomed me with warm hands, warm hearts, and even a warm cup of tea.

3年後、私は神奈川に引っ越しをしました。
そして今は、エクセレント北寺尾アネックスで働いています。
ここでの生活は「新しいスタート」です。とても楽しく、安心して働けています。
初めて来た日、みんながあたたかい手とあたたかい心で迎えてくれて、さらには温かいお茶まで出してくれました。

I was worried at first because it was another new environment. I had to write reports and cook for the elder residents, too. But thanks to my coworkers who helped me so much, I’ve learned how to cook Japanese dishes — and now I even make them at home. Seeing the elder residents enjoy the food I prepare makes me want to keep improving my cooking skills. More than that, it motivates me to grow in every way I can.

最初は、新しい環境に少し不安もありました。記録を書いたり、ご利用者様にお料理を作ったりすることも必要でした。
でも、同僚がたくさん助けてくれたおかげで、日本の料理も作れるようになりました。今では家でも作っています。ご利用者さまが私の作った料理を美味しそうに食べてくれると、「もっと上手になりたい！」と思います。そして料理だけでなく、いろいろな面でも成長したいという気持ちになります。

I’m still in the process of learning and improvements. With the strong support of the company, I’m currently taking the Jitsumusha (Practical) Training needed for the Caregiving National Exam.
Right now, I want to enjoy every little part of that journey here with my Excellent family.

私は今も、学びながら成長している途中です。会社の手厚いサポートのおかげで、現在は介護福祉士国家試験に向けた「実務者研修」を受講しています。
今、このエクセレントの仲間と一緒に、その道の一歩一歩を楽しみたいと思っています。
