My name is Minerva.
I have been working at Excellent Yokohama Kamishirane for nine months.
Before I started, I was concerned about working here, but now I enjoy my work.

私は、ミナーヴァです。
エクセレント横濱上白根で9ヶ月働いてます。
働く前は不安だったけど、楽しく働いてます。

Thanks to everyone’s support, I’ve been able to learn many things.
I used to be bad at cooking, but I’ve gradually improved, and now I really like Japanese food.
When the elder residents tell me how delicious the food I made is, I feel very happy and find my work rewarding.
When I spend time with the elder residents, talking with each of them and trying different recreational activities, seeing them enjoy themselves makes me happy too.

皆さんのサポートで色々学ぶ事が出来ています。
苦手だった料理もだんだん出来るようになって、日本料理が好きになりました。
利用者様から美味しいと言われるととても嬉しくやりがいを感じます。
利用者様との時間は、一人ひとりコミュニケーションをとったり色々なレクに挑戦したりして、利用者様が楽しんでくれていると、私もうれしくなります。

I want to continue doing my best so that the elder residents can spend their daily lives comfortably.
I am also grateful to this company because I’m able to help my family in the Philippines.
I feel very happy to be working with everyone at Excellent Yokohama Kamishirane.
