皆さんこんにちは。中国から参りました饒閃（ジョウ・セン）です。エクセレント立川プレミア入社して6年目になります。今まで経験したことを皆さんに紹介させて頂きます。

Hello Everyone!　My name is Rao Shan from China. It's been 6 years since I joined Excellent Tachikawa Premier. I want to share my experience that I've gathered here to all of you.

日本に来るきっかけは、大学の卒業証明書を取りに行く時にたまたま学校で日本での介護の仕事の宣伝があり、そこで日本の素晴らしい介護技術を勉強して中国で生かしたいという思いがあって、日本へ三年間働くことを目標にしました。

While I was trying to get my college degree, there was an announcement in my school about caregiving work in Japan. There I learned about Japan`s amazing caregiving technology, and using this opportunity, I set a goal of working in Japan for 3 years in order to gather knowledge and eventually make use of it back in China.

日本に来る為に様々な準備が必要です。日本語能力試験のレベル3に合格、面接、外国への手続き等1年間かかりました。就職活動を行い、ありがたいことに当社エクセレントグループに初めての面接で採用して頂きました。

I did a lot of preparation in order to come to Japan. I passed the JLPT N3, took interviews, and did all sorts of foreign procedures, and it took around a year to do all of them. I then started my job hunt, and thankfully, Excellent Group hired me after my first interview.

2019年8月25日に来日し岡山の研修センターで2か月ゴミの分類、日本の民謡、日本のルール等、介護業務以外のこともたくさん勉強をしました。出会った先生と他の国から来たクラスメート達みんなと親しくなり、とても楽しい2か月でした。

I came to Japan in August 25, 2019. I learned about trash segregation, Japan’s rules, folk songs, and even all sorts of things unrelated to caregiving at Okayama`s training center. I got to know all the teachers I met and my classmates from other countries very well, and it was a very enjoyable two months.

2019年10月7日に立川に来ました！次の日正式に働き始め、その時の自分はまだ21歳の若輩者です。同僚と考え方の違いと10月は季節的に気候も乱れ台風19号の直撃もあり、今後の生活の先行きがとても不安でした。

I arrived in Tachikawa on October 7, 2019! I officially started working the very next day, and at the time, I was still an inexperienced 21-year-old. I had a different way of thinking compared to my coworkers; the climate was erratic; and typhoon number 19 had just directly hit us, which made me very uncertain about my future.

働いている時に一番の問題は言葉です。休みの日に日本語勉強と職場での日本語環境。ありがたく2020年の12月に日本語能力試験レベル2に合格した時に、以前よりみんなともっと喋れるようになりました！その後のコロナ禍で日本語能力試験は一定期間中止されていましたが、試験再開に伴い、やっと2021年7月にレベル1にも合格して事故報告書も書けるようになりました。

The biggest problem I had when working is the language. I would study Japanese on my rest days, and would keep learning Japanese through the Japanese-speaking environment at work. Thankfully, I passed the December 2020 JLPT N2 exam, and I was able to converse in Japanese even more compared to before. After that, they temporarily stopped holding the JLPT exams, but after they reopened the exam to the public, I was able to pass the JLPT N1 in July 2021, and I became able to write the Accident Report Sheet used in the caregiving industry.

目標にした三年もあっという間に月日が流れました。その間に誤薬等のミスもたくさんしました。先輩達の指導と自分の反省、いっぱい成長しました。いよいよ帰国の予定も近づいて来ましたが、日本の環境と生活に慣れて帰国したくなくなりずっと日本で働くことにしました。

The 3 years since I set my goal passed by in the blink of an eye. I was able to grow a lot thanks to my mentor`s guidance and my own motivation. As the day that I finally planned to return to China drew closer, I realized that I didn`t want to leave Japan`s environment and lifestyle that I`ve gotten used to, so I decided to work here in Japan for as long as I can.

2023年の3月に“介護福祉士国家試験”に合格し介護士として一人前になりました、10月にも齋藤支配人の推薦で“認知症介護実践研修”を受けました。これがゴールではなく、これからも一生懸命働いて、研修を受けて、資格を取って成長していきます。

In March 2023, I passed the "National Certified Care Worker Exam" and became a fully-fledged care worker. In October, I also took the "Dementia Care Practical Training" at the recommendation of Director Saito. This is not the goal yet. Rather, I will continue to work hard, take trainings, obtain qualifications, and grow.
