グループホームで料理や買い物、洗濯などでご入居者様がご自身で出来ることをやっていただく（自立支援）に取り組んでいます。

At our group home, we support residents/elderly in doing things they can do for themselves, such as cooking, shopping, and laundry (self-reliant support).

コミュニケーションを取るとき、ご入居者様に合ったコミュニケーション方法を工夫し良い所を見つけて否定せず共感し耳元でゆっくり話すなどポイントをおさえながらコミュニケーションをとっています。

When communicating, we devise a method of communication that suits each resident, find their good points, empathize without criticizing, and speak slowly, close enough to be heard and focusing on key points.

認知症ケアのスキルアップをするため認知症介護士の資格取得を目指しより専門的な知識やスキルを身に着けご入居者様や、ご家族の為により良いケアを提供する為に頑張っていきたいです。

In order to improve my dementia care skills, I am aiming to obtain a dementia caregiver qualification and will work hard to acquire more specialized knowledge and skills in order to provide better care for residents and their families.
