エクセレント町田ではさまざまな外国人労働者を採用して一緒に働いてきました。
現在は、フィリピン国籍の方と一緒に介護の仕事をしています。

Excellent Machida has employed and worked with a variety of foreign workers.
Currently, we are working in nursing care alongside a Filipino national.

日本語でマニュアルを作りますが、伝わるように一緒に翻訳しながら理解度を確認しています。
入居者様との関わりの中で日本語の理解に苦戦している姿を見かけると他の職員が分かりやすく言い換えたり、間に入って会話を繋げたりする姿が見られます。
自国の文化や習慣を介護の仕事にうまく取り入れることもあり、入居者様の笑顔を引き出しています。その姿に私たちも刺激を受けて勉強させて頂いています。
日本語の上達もとても早いし、仕事に対する姿勢や向上心には私たちも驚いています。
（見習わなければならないと常に感じています）

We create manuals in Japanese, but we translate them together to make sure she understands.
When we see her struggling to understand Japanese while interacting with our elders, other staff members rephrase it in a way that is easier to understand, or step in to help keep the conversation going.
She sometimes successfully incorporate her own country's culture and customs into her nursing care work, bringing smiles to the elders' faces. We are impressed at how she works and learn from them.
She improved her Japanese very quickly, and we are amazed at her attitude and aspiration toward work.

エクセレントケアシステムでは「外国籍を持つ人のための日本語研修」など、ZOOMでの研修が充実しており、入居者様との関わりの中で困った場面での日本語の対応方法などが勉強できます。
現場で日本語に触れ、研修でも日本語を学び、介護の仕事を通して日本が好きになってくれるとより良いと感じます。

Excellent Care System offers a wide range of training programs via ZOOM, such as "Japanese Language Training for Foreign Nationals." They learn how to respond in Japanese to difficult situations that arise when interacting with our elders. I think it would be even better if they were exposed to Japanese language on the job, learn Japanese during training, and grew to like Japan through their work in the nursing care industry.

介護の仕事では、努力家で他者に配慮が出来て優しいケアが出来るエクセレント町田にはなくてはならない存在です。
そんなオシラさんですが母国に子を持つお母さんでもあります。
母国を離れ日本に来て、遠く離れた家族の為に一生懸命働いています。
毎日、ライン電話でご主人やまだ小さな子供の顔を見ながら会話をしているそうです。
子供に早く会いたいね・・・と声をかけると、「はい、会いたいですと」はにかみながら答えるオシラさんが愛おしく心から幸せになってほしいと願う毎日です。
人間は常に努力することが大事ということをオシラさんを見ているだけで教わります。
素敵なこの縁に心から感謝しています。

In the nursing care work, Osila is an indispensable member of Excellent Machida as she is a hard worker, considerate of others, and able to provide gentle care.
Osila is also a mother of a child in her home country.
She left her home country to come to Japan, and is working hard for her family who live far away.
Every day, she talks to her husband and their young child over LINE app, while looking at their faces.
Once I asked her how she must have wanted to be with her child soon, she replied with a shy smile, and answered "Yes, of course. And I love her so much that I wish her happiness every day.”
Just watching Osila teaches us how it is important for us to always make an effort.
I am truly grateful for this wonderful chance.
