My name is Velasco Rhodora.
I have been working at excellent Kinugasa for 10months already.

以前は、包装工場で5年間働いていましたが、介護業界で働く機会があったので飛び込みました。

I worked in a Packaging factory for 5 years but when the opportunity to work in the caregiver industry appeared I jumped in.

私にとって、介護職業での楽しい事は、利用者様との交流です。
利用者様のさまざまな個性や陽気な姿がとても好きです。

What I enjoy about this work is the interaction with the elders.
I really like their different personalities and how playful some of them are.

日々、異なる状況の中、介護職員として私たちは利用者様に適応し、最適なケアを提供しなければならないと思っています。フィリピンで祖母に育てられた自分こそ、この姿勢を身に付けたと思います。

Each day is always a different situation, so as a care worker we need to adapt and provide care that is best for the elders. I think that I developed this attitude since i grew up with my grandmothers in Philippines.

職場での上司の支えを含む、会社の支援を受けて、介護福祉士になるための道を築いていました。3月から初任研修資格受講に通い始めます。

With the help and support of the company including my supervisor, I am building may path to become a certified care worker. I will start attending the initial qualification next month.

いつも漢字の読み方や仕事のやり方を優しく教えていただいている同僚や先輩達に恩返しができるように、仕事での活動を改善するだけではなく、日本での生活が良くなるために日本語能力を向上させ、同僚とのコミュニケーションを改善したいと思っています。

I hope to improve my activities at work and also to develop my Japanese ability to improve my life here in Japan, and my communication with my coworkers. To be able to pay back for their kindness, and their support when giving me instructions specially in reading kanji and showing how to do my job properly.
