From the Facility manager

エクセレント鶴舞（グループホーム3ユニット、小規模多機能型居宅介護併設）では、現在4名の外国籍の職員が働いておられます。皆フィリピン国籍で、お国柄なのか偶然かわかりませんが、皆さん陽気な優しい方々です。
今回は2名の職員を紹介いたします。

There are currently four foreign caregiver staff working at Excellent Tsurumai (3-unit Group home, small-scale multi-functional home care facility). They are all Filipino nationals, and although I am not sure if it's a coincidence or their nationality character, they have a cheerful and kind personality.
This time I would like to introduce two staff members.

1人目は、マツザキ　ゾライダさん。入職されて5年半程のベテラン職員です。
性格はとても明るく、いつも元気な声でご利用者様とコミュニケーションをとられ、一緒に笑っています。
以前はグループホームを担当しておられましたが、フロア異動の後、現在は小規模多機能の職員として頑張っておられます。業務内容としては、入浴介助や排せつ介助等の生活介護全般と、更に調理、レクリエーションも担当されます。

First is Ms. Zoraida Matsuzaki. A veteran employee who has been with the company for about five and a half years. She has a very cheerful personality and always communicates with the elders in such a lively manner, laughing together with them.
She used to be in-charge in group home, but after being transferred to a different floor, she is now working hard as a staff member in the small-scale multi-functional facility. Her duties include general care for daily life, such as bathing and toilet assistance, as well as cooking and recreation.

2人目はムトウ　アンパーロさん。入職されて4年程の、こちらもベテラン職員です。
ムトウさんも明るく、ご利用者様に寄り添った介護をされています。ムトウさんは入職後グループホームを担当され、今では3ユニット全てを担当できる貴重な存在です。

Second is Ms. Amparo Mutou. She has been with the company for about four years and is also a veteran employee.
Ms. Mutou is also cheerful and provides compassionate care to the elders. After joining the company, Ms. Mutou is in-charge in the group home, with valuable existence who can take charge of all three units.

2人に共通しているのは、明るく勉強熱心なところです。
ムトウさんに話を聞くと「最初のころは、介護業務や日本語がわからないこともあり、正直大変なこともあった。いまは勉強して実務者研修という資格も取り仕事が楽しい！」と言っています。

What the two have in common is their cheerful attitude and eagerness to learn.
When I talked to Ms. Mutou, she says, "honestly at the beginning, I didn't understand nursing care work or Japanese, and it was quite difficult. But now I've studied hard, acquired the practical training qualification, and I'm enjoying my work!".

2人とも将来は介護福祉士を取得したいと頑張っておられます。

Both of them are working hard to become certified care workers in the future.
