私は、エクセレント練馬に2024年4月から入職している、ラミレズ　カティリンです。

My name is Ramirez Katherine. I started working at Excellent Nerima from April 2024.

2年前に日本語学校の学生として日本に初めて来ました。
勉強と一緒に介護のアルバイトをしました。その為、卒業してからも介護の仕事をすることに決めました。
介護の仕事を探しているときに、エクセレントケアシステムのウェブサイトを見つけ、「この会社にはたくさんの外国の方が働いていて、働きやすい環境が整っている」と感じました。
日本はまだまだ外国人が働く環境が整っている会社が少ないので、ここなら「安心して働ける」と思い応募しました。

I first came to Japan two years ago as a Japanese language school student.
I studied and worked part-time as a caregiver, so I decided to continue working in the caregiving field after graduating. While I was looking for a job in the nursing care industry, I came across the Excellent Care System website and felt that "this company has many foreign nationals working there and provides a comfortable working environment."
There are still very few companies in Japan that have a good working environment for foreigners, so I applied here thinking I could work with peace of mind.

4月1日の入社初日、私の日本語はまだまだであり、知っている人もいないので、とても不安でした。
ですが、皆さんとてもやさしくしてくれて、私の日本語も理解してくれようとしてくれました。
それも皆さんが丁寧に仕事を教えてくれたからです。
介護の仕事で一番楽しいことはレクリエーションです。
レクリエーションではご利用者様と一緒にゲームをしたりします。
私は、ご利用者様が楽しんでいる姿や、笑顔になることにとても仕事へのやりがいを感じています。

On my first day at work on April 1st, I was very anxious because my Japanese is still lacking and I didn’t know anyone. However, everyone was very kind to me and tried to understand my Japanese.
Also, everyone carefully taught me how to do my job.
For me, the most enjoyable part of working in the nursing profession is recreation.
During recreational activities, we play games with the elders.
I find my job very rewarding when I see our elders having fun and knowing I put a smile on their faces.

ご利用者様に安全と安心、適切なケアをするには、まだまだ私の介護スキルでは足りません。
その為、仕事とは別に初任者研修の資格を取るために毎週受講しています。
介護の勉強をすることは、さまざまな知識を身につけられるだけでなく、いつか介護福祉士という資格をとり、介護士として自信を持って働きたいです。

My nursing skills are still not enough to provide our elders with safety, security, and appropriate care.
Therefore, in addition to my work, I am taking weekly initial training courses to obtain the care worker initial qualification. Studying nursing care not only allows me to acquire a wide range of knowledge, but I also hope to one day obtain a qualification as a certified care worker and be able to work with confidence as a caregiver.

エクセレントケアシステムは、外国人スタッフに日本語の無料授業を提供しています。
この会社は、外国人労働者にとって、とても働きやすい環境が整っています。
そのような環境で仕事ができることに感謝をし、これからも頑張りたいです。

Excellent Care System provides free Japanese language lessons to foreign staff.
This company has a very friendly working environment for foreign workers.
I am grateful to have the opportunity to work in such an environment, and I would like to continue to do my best.
