I have been working for Excellent Care System Inc. since 2017. I was told about this company by a teacher at my Japanese language school. I was disappointed that I was not hired at my first interview, but the staff at that interview were very kind and even saw me off when I left. I had a great impression of the company and wanted to work here, so I tried again and was hired.

For me, relationships in the workplace are very important. At Excellent Kitaterao Annex, I am very comfortable working there because the relationships are good and everyone is very kind to me. I feel there are many differences between Chinese and Japanese people. Chinese people think things are simpler than Japanese people. Also, Japanese are very polite. I have never had any trouble communicating at work, although I was sometimes puzzled by the Japanese's many greetings and how they think of things in a complicated way.
