I was interested in Japanese culture and wanted to work in Japan. When I saw pictures of Excellent Hiratsuka on the website and thought the workplace seemed to have a good atmosphere, so I had an interview. I also thought that Hiratsuka City looks like an interesting place.

We also have a culture of Kanji in China, but they are read differently, so it was difficult for me to remember the names of the elderly people. If I cannot hear Japanese well or if I am speaking incorrectly, my Japanese co-workers will tell me about it. The elderly people also teach me about Japan. I enjoy working and communicating with them.

My current goal is to become kaigofukushishi.
